New agent already a leader...
Sheldon Neal has been a real estate agent for exactly one year. He took a HouseValues subscription three months ago after joining RE/MAX Real Estate Limited in Oradell, New Jersey last year. Since then, he's already had five showings, and is putting down his first offer next week.
Although Sheldon has been in real estate just a year, he clearly gets how important Internet consumers are to his business - which puts him immediately at the front of the pack in a very competitive market.
Case in point - his "zero-hour" response time, which means he's responding to consumer requests in literally minutes. That's the kind of response consumers today both demand and expect, yet the vast majority of agents fail to deliver.
Sheldon attended a HouseValues seminar earlier this week in New Jersey, and wrote this in to us afteward:
