Climb every mountain...

Congratulations to HouseValues Recruiting Manager Erich Wuhrman, who this past weekend scaled Mt. Rainier for the first time. He's pictured here, in all his glory at the top (not to mention layers of clothes and frozen cheeks).

Erich had been training for 10 months for this climb, and said that only 33 percent of those in his climbing party actually made it to the top.
