The cure for a bad market...

Evan Louie joined HouseValues last November. Eight months later, he has five closed well as 18 buyers he's actively working with. All in a market where buyers are increasingly scarce.

Working out of the Bankers Realty office in Belmont, California, Evan says that buyers have been increasingly hard to come by through traditional marketing methods. But thanks to his subscription to leads from, his business is taking off.

In fact, we almost missed his success story since he's been so busy working new prospects.

"I'm too busy to tell anyone," he said. "I'm literally getting too much business right now."
