Shannon got Mariner tickets for an agent and his wife who were visiting from Alaska and accompanied them to the game on her own time.

Ann Good
Ann used her cell phone while waiting for a flight to call agents to set up coaching sessions. She had some coaching sessions at the airport.

Bernard Alford
Bernie created a web site for one of his agents on his own time. The agent was thrilled. He had the opportunity to meet this agent when he was at the Philly seminar last week.
