Five years in the Top Ten

Last Friday's issue of the Puget Sound Business Journal reported that HouseValues has been named the 8th Fastest-Growing Technology Company in the Northwest (including Washington, Oregon and Idaho) by Deloitte & Touche. This is based on our revenue growth of 672% over the past 5 years.

We were the #1 fastest-growing “rising star” technology company in Washington by the Business Journal and Deloitte & Touche both 2002 and 2003 (they rank new companies on three-year growth). We topped that in 2004, when we became the #1 fastest-growing technology company in Washington (on the 5 year list) and the 7th fastest growing in all of North America with a 5 year growth rate of over 28,000%.

While it’s a lot harder to maintain such growth rates on larger revenues, our continued growth helped us place 7th last year, and 8th this year. This marks our 5th consecutive year in the Top 10, a great accomplishment and one we are very proud of.
