Establishing Relationships with Internet Leads

Alan Good has been a real estate agent in the Washington D.C. area for two years and a JustListed subscriber for less than a month. He is actively working with two buyer leads that came through his JustListed pipeline.

One of the prospects submitted only a name and email address. Alan used this information to set the prospect up to receiving listings. He soon received an email from the prospect and found out that she couldn’t buy a new home in Washington D.C. until she sold her home in West Virginia.

It turns out that Alan is also licensed in West Virginia and is now talking to her about listing her current home as well as finding her new home!

Part of what makes him so successful in building relationships with prospective home buyers is his quick follow up with all leads and commitment to treating all leads the same.
