Customer Service Appreciation Week, Day Two

All this week, we're recognizing our hard-working customer service folks with Customer Service Appreciation Week. You can read more about this program here.

Yesterday, it was lattes. Today, root beer floats. Pictured here is Jerome, one of our world-class customer service representatives multi-tasking with a root beer float in one hand.

But that's not all going on today. Three different customer service divisions (customer service, coaching and account management) are building Lego houses in the third-floor lobby. There will be voting and prizes for the winning team later in the week. Pictures, of course, to come.
