Customer Service Appreciation Week, Day One

All this week, we're recognizing our hard-working customer service folks with Customer Service Appreciation Week. You can read more about this program here.

Today, the program kicked off with a surprise visit from Jumpin' Jack's Espresso (pictured here), a mobile espresso stand that kept our customer service teams humming with lattes and mochas all day. A drawing was also held this afternoon for an iPod, Starbuck's gift pack, and several gift cards to Home Depot, Best Buy and more.
