Internet Leads + Referrals = Listings

Mark White with Miranda Real Estate Group, Inc in Clifton Park, NY is already seeing success with the HouseValues leads he has been receiving for the last three months. Right away he began responding to the leads by sending CMA’s and following up with personal phone calls. One day, he received a listing appointment with a couple. He ended up listing their home and brought in the buyers five days later.

The couple referred Mark to their in-laws and also to their cousin. He listed their cousin’s home and will list the in-laws home when they put it on the market.
