Customer Service Appreciation Week

At HouseValues, every employee is dedicated to the success of our customers. We have a fantastic customer-centric corporate culture, in that everyone - from sales to technology to accounting - thinks about and makes business decisions first and foremost based on what's right for our customers, the real estate professionals.

That said, we have more than 150 individuals at HouseValues who are 100% focused on helping our current customers become more successful. This includes our customer service team, our 1:1 agent coaches, plus several account teams - all dedicated to doing whatever it takes to help real estate agents become more successful.

This week, we're honoring and recognizing their commitment with Customer Service Appreciation Week. Activities are planned all week to thank our customer service teams for the long hours and dedicated focus they have every single day.
